Refund policy
Snowbound Customs Return Policy
If you have received a defective product with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. If returning a non-defective product, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A product may be shipped back at the expense of the purchaser.
You most notify Snowbound Customs of a defective product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
General Return Policy
Return policies vary between individual vendors. Before making a return request, please refer to the individual product vendor's return policy. If purchasing from a brand other than Snowbound Customs, the return policy can be located on the website of the brand you are purchasing. Some products are built to order and returns cannot be accepted. If a product does not have a return policy, then the sale is considered to be final once purchased.
General Refund Policy
Refund policy varies between individual vendors. Before making a refund request, please refer to the individual product refund policy. If purchasing from a brand other than Snowbound Customs, the refund policy can be located on the website of the brand you are purchasing. Our goal is to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a physical defect with the product, please let us know. Due to the nature of some products being custom and built to order, there may be surface blemishes or small imperfections which is not covered. To receive refund on an order that has not shipped, please refer to the cancellations section.
Cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested before the product has been shipped out. Cancellations will result in a 10% cancellation fee on Snowbound Customs products and may vary for other vendors products sold on the website.
Cancellations are not accepted for custom or built-to-order products and all sales are final. Vendor policies vary so some cancellation requests may not be accepted. Please refer to the individual vendors policy or contact us for more information.
Build Time Cancellations
Build time for products is stated on the product page. These time frames are only estimates and may be shorter or longer. Please be aware of the estimated build time before ordering. Many products are built to order and require custom-ordered products, due to this we will not refund an order due to exceeding build time estimates.
