These housings are made with FDM technology and are specifically designed to transform a Diode Dynamics flush mount SS3 into a handheld flashlight. Power is obtained from power tool rechargeable batteries. Simply snap it on and go! Select from a supported power tool battery when adding a housing to your cart.

Diode Dynamics light pod NOT included.
Highly recommend to add an inline fuse and low voltage cutoff. Do not fully drain Lithium batteries.

1 - on/off switch
1 - rear cover plate
4 - black oxide bolts
4 - stainless steel nuts
What you'll need
Diode Dynamics flush mount SS3
Allen keys (for installing rear cover plate and Diode Dynamics light)
Wire stripper/crimper
Power tool battery
Install Instructions
1. Install light pod to front face using hardware included with your light pod purchase
2. Install switch into rear cover plate
3. Wire light pod to switch and battery
a) Wire the battery terminal negative directly to light pod negative
b) Wire the battery terminal positive to the switch input, and wire the switch output to the light pod
c) Highly Recommend: Add inline fuse and low voltage cutoff (not included). This prevents you from fully draining the battery. If you decide not to use one, turn light off and recharge battery before the battery fully drains. Tutorial: https://youtu.be/BNb6NJVhQpo
4. Press switch and install battery to make sure the light pod works
5. Install rear cover plate using supplied nuts and bolts

Snowbound Customs is not responsible for any damages caused by the product.
Warranty: Snowbound Customs provides a 1 year warranty on the light pod housing. This warranty only applies to the light pod housing itself and does not cover battery or light pod. Warranty does not cover misuse of product such as high drops, exposure to flames or other misuse.
